These sessions focus on releasing tension in commonly overworked areas such as the shoulders, neck, forearms, and hands, while also addressing the effects of prolonged sitting. Through gentle, intentional movement, employees learn practical exercises they can return to throughout the day in short, effective “micro-breaks.”
